What happens after suppliers ship to HioFulfill in China.
Packages arrive at the HioFulfill warehouse in China via domestic couriers. The warehouse identifies inbound parcels, captures receiving details, and makes status available to you — and to your systems when you are integrated. You can then request QC, hold packages for consolidation, pack and ship internationally.
Yes. You can purchase from 1688, Taobao or other Chinese suppliers and ship domestic parcels to the HioFulfill warehouse address. Depending on your setup, purchasing may be handled in your own process or through supported purchasing capabilities in the HIO ecosystem.
Yes. Multiple supplier packages can be received and held in the warehouse until you are ready to consolidate them into fewer outbound shipments before international shipping.
Yes. You can request quality inspection and product photos (and other supported value-added services) while goods are still in China, so issues can be handled before export.
Yes. HioFulfill is designed so warehouse and shipping events can be delivered to your platform through webhooks, keeping status inside your own product rather than only in chat or email.
