HioFulfill operates as a technology-facing China fulfillment layer for overseas businesses. Operational fulfillment may be performed together with affiliated or designated service providers, warehouses, carriers, and payment partners in the HIOBuy / Tongxiao fulfillment ecosystem.

2. Scope

This policy covers the HioFulfill website and related online surfaces (including sign-in and contact flows). Detailed commercial processing for procurement, warehouse, and international shipping may also be governed by a signed services agreement, commercial terms, and system/API records.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Account and contact details — name, company name, email, phone/WhatsApp, and message content when you reach out.
• Business identification — company registration details, authorized signatory information, and other KYC/KYB documents reasonably required for onboarding, compliance, banks, or payment partners.
• Order and fulfillment data — procurement instructions, warehouse parcel status, QC/service requests, shipment details, tracking updates, and related API or webhook payloads.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar diagnostics needed to operate and secure the website.
• Credentials you control — API keys, tokens, and access credentials that you or your developers create; you are responsible for safeguarding them.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve HioFulfill website and related fulfillment services.
• Process inquiries, onboarding, authentication (including HIOBuy sign-in where applicable), and support.
• Execute or coordinate procurement, warehouse receiving, inspection, packing, and international logistics as instructed.

• Affiliated platforms and systems used for catalog, procurement, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.

System records, API request logs, warehouse operation records, logistics records, payment records, and electronic communications may be retained as evidence of service execution and dispute handling, consistent with applicable commercial terms.

You must keep Client ID, Client Secret, Access Token, API Key, and other credentials confidential. Unauthorized operations resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials are generally your responsibility, except where caused by a security issue in our systems.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Warehouse and shipment records may be kept for operational and compliance periods after services complete.

You may request access to or correction of business contact information we hold about you, or ask us to update registered email and contact details used for service notices.

Where local law provides additional rights (access, deletion, restriction, or objection), we will respond within applicable requirements. Some records must be retained for legal, financial, or dispute reasons.

The website may use essential cookies or local storage for session, security, and basic preferences (for example UI position preferences). We do not sell personal information as a product.
