Step 01
Create your account
Create or use your HIOBuy / HioFulfill account to begin onboarding. Production fulfillment access may require business qualification.
How it works
Register, get your warehouse address, pre-alert parcels, consolidate packages, choose a route, pay in KRW, and track delivery to your door.

From account creation to final delivery: Chinese supplier → purchasing → HioFulfill warehouse → receiving → QC → storage → consolidation → packing → international shipping → tracking.
Software to physical fulfillment: Customer Platform → API → HioFulfill → Physical Fulfillment → Webhook → Customer Platform.
Step 01
Create or use your HIOBuy / HioFulfill account to begin onboarding. Production fulfillment access may require business qualification.
Step 02
Use the model that fits your operation — you are not forced into one method.
Self-purchase
You purchase from 1688, Taobao, suppliers or other supported sources and ship to HioFulfill.
Purchasing support
HioFulfill / supported HIOBuy purchasing capability handles purchasing where available.
Step 03
You receive the warehouse address. Your supplier sends domestic packages to HioFulfill in China.
Step 04
The warehouse receives and identifies the package. Status becomes visible to you — and to your systems when integrated.
Step 05
Request QC, photos, video, inspection or other supported services before goods leave China.
Step 06
Multiple supplier packages can be combined into one international shipment where appropriate.
Step 07
Check available shipping channels and estimated shipping costs for your destination and package attributes.
Step 08
The initial shipping cost may be an estimate. After warehouse picking and packing, final weight, final dimensions and the final shipping amount are confirmed.
Step 09
Confirm and pay the shipment. The warehouse dispatches the package for international transit.
Step 10
International tracking becomes available. Your systems can stay synchronized through APIs and webhooks.
